Tatsoi Microgreens

Tatsoi Micorgreens are an Asian mustard green.  They taste like broccoli microgreens with a hint of spinach.  They are very crunchy and hold up well in sandwiches, salads and wraps.  We use them instead of lettuce because of the crunch.

Tatsoi is also loaded with carotenoids, precursors to vitamin A, which are not only important for maintaining healthy eyesight and immunity but have been shown to help prevent cancer and heart disease.  Tatsoi Microgreens contain 2 times more calcium than milk.
