Leek Microgreens

Leek Microgreens have a mild onion/ chive / garlic flavor but lack the acidity that onions sometimes have. They are thin and have a black seed case at the top. 

Leek Microgreens make a great addition to anything from fish dishes, burgers, baked potatoes or soups. They are bright green and make beautiful garnishes.
